My delivery has not arrived, What should I do

We will notify you via email to confirm the dispatch of your order, delivery to the Uk is then next working day.

Please contact Scan as soon as a delivery is late, we will then raise an investigation with DPD, If a parcel is confirmed lost or missing, It can take upto 5 working days to fully investigate via DPD before we can issue a claim against their insurane for replacement goods or a refund.
