Can I have my order shipped to an alternative address?

We can ship to an alternative delivery address with most payment methods when completing your order online.

PayPal

Please ensure you select an alternative address via PayPal during checkout, once order is accepted we will be unable to change manually.

American Express

An order would need to be confirmed via our Retail Sales line on 01204 474747 ( Option 2 > Option 1 )

Scan Finance

No alternative delivery address can be accepted, and delivery would need to be made to the agreement address on the application for finance.

Visa/Maestro

Delivery address can be changed at the point of ordering, if you have ordered with Scan previously.

Amazon Payment / Amazon Marketplace

Due to restrictions set by Amazon an alternative address cannot be selected for these purchases.
