I cannot log in using postcode and mothers maiden name and password?

After you have entered your email address, if you are then asked to enter your postcode, mothers maiden name and password, this is due to having multiple accounts containing the same email address. The additional information is requested to identify which account you want log in to.

If you are struggling to gain access then you can first attempt to reset your password, you will see the link to do this underneath the boxes requesting you to enter your postcode, mothers maiden name and password.

If you are still struggling to access your account, please contact our customer services team, they can look at deactivating your old accounts so you can simply log in with email and password in the future.
