DPD collect
DPD will Pickup your order from Scan Computers based in Bolton and forward it to their hub for sorting.

DPD sort it
Your parcel is sent to DPD's central hub in the Midlands where it's allocated for delivery to your local DPD Depot.

Your local DPD depot
Your parcel will arrive at the local depot and be out for delivery first thing the next day. DPD will send you an email or text message {if you provided your details to us) to let you know we're on our way.

It arrives with you
You can track our driver with your parcel, all the way to your front door. Just make sure you've given us your email address and mobile number and DPD will keep you in touch with your delivery every step of the way.
Get the app
Never miss a delivery again with your dpd appYour DPD allows you specify your delivery preferences, such as avoiding the school run or delivering to a specific neighbour. The app will also send you notifications of where the delivery driver is and inform you when they are 30 minutes from arriving with your Scan order. You can even rearrange your delivery right up until your order is delivered.

Ship to shopThere are 2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10 minutes’ drive of 93% of the UK population and 5 minutes’ walk within Central London, you will always find a place to pick up your parcel.
How it works

Choose DPD Pickup
Select DPD Pickup at the checkout and choose from one of 2,500 Pickup shops. Your parcels will be delivered to your Pickup point by 12 Next Day, so you can collect your parcels at your earliest convenience.

Wait for your notification
You will receive an email/SMS to let you know that your parcel is ready to collect alongside your Pickup pass .

Collect your parcel
Take your Pickup pass, your photo ID (driving licence or passport) to your dpd Pickup shop to collect your parcel.
Many Pickup shops have extended opening times, and you can find which Pickup point is most convenient for you by visiting:

Parcels will be delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop Next Day by 12 noon, You’ll be notified by email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and all you need to do to Pickup your parcel is take your Pickup Pass and photo ID.

- Numark Pharmacy
