Fair is Fair - We supply hardware and unless you have bought a fully assembled Scan 3XS system we cannot provide you with the advance knowledge on how to install the parts you have bought from us.

The Industry average on component failure rates is 1% or less , and in many instances hardware is wrongly diagnosed as "faulty" by customers due to their inadequate knowledge.
