Corsair Certified refurbished products are a great way to save money over brand new. They are thoroughly tested and offer a full 2 year warranty for a significant reduction in the price.

What will I get if I buy a CORSAIR Certified Refurbished product?

A CORSAIR certified refurbished product could be a former demo unit, an open box item, or a returned item.

Once we receive such products, they all go through the following refurbishment process:

  • Tested to ensure they meet the performance specifications as if they were a new product
  • Firmware updated (If applicable)
  • Ensure that the product is in good shape physically
  • Re-packed

For gaming headsets, there are some additional precautions in the process to account for hygienic concerns. Any external sections made from fabric and/or leatherette will be replaced with new parts. Other than that, headsets follow the same steps as above.

All refurbished products will come in a brown box, and will include any cables, dongles, and other accessories that would come with a new one.

How long is the warranty for corsair certified refurbished products?

CORSAIR certified refurbished products carry a 2 year warranty for the EU and This means, that should be anything wrong with the refurbished product you have purchased, we will replace it with another one within I year from the date purchased. The replacement will probably be another refurbished one, or a new one, depending on availability.
