At Scan we treat everyone with courtesy and ask the same in return.

Please know we will endeavor to approach your enquiry with respect and support.

However, we hold a zero-tolerance approach to abusive language aimed towards our team mates. In the event this happens, we will look into the matter on a case by case basis and take the appropriate action, dependent on the severity of the situation, this may include the cancellation of the order.
