If I need to make a complaint, what is the procedure?

Although we strive to provide Specification, Service and Satisfaction across everything we do, we do accept that sometimes issues may arise which gives you cause to complain.

Whether it be a delayed order, an issue with the delivery company or a returned or faulty item we want to provide you with the support needed.

If you do have any issue with your order you can contact us either via phone, query or our livechat facility. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days involving the relevant department manager in the review and resolution process.

If you would prefer to escalate in writing you can write to ourselves detailing your complaint and query number to the below address.
