Meeting rooms are increasingly being used as video conferencing suites to other branches in the company or for meeting with customers or clients. Solutions include cameras, microphones, speakers and screensharing devices that enable multiple users to view content and see and hear people alongside each other on large format screens.

These presentation devices allow multiple users to screenshare in a hybrid meeting comprising in-room and virtual attendees. They attach to most laptops and stream any content wirelessly to a central hub.
