I usually build my own pcs but at the moment im extremely busy with work, so i ordered a pc built to order by Scan. Outstanding service! Every step of the build is reported and updates on progress given, marvellous. When it arrived today it is built to perfection. Thank you so much for an enjoyable service and a great product.

I have purchased 3 Custom made computer systems from Scan over the past few years and every single time without fail they have gone above and beyond my expectations as a company. Scan is a Joy to do business with. The structure of the company as a whole deserves credit and recognition for the hard work they have put in consistently over many years. Consistency being the main formula that many companies now do not have. Scan however is incredible in this area. ALL of their staff have been helpful, polite, knowledgeable, dedicated, respectful and patient. The level of aftercare I have received from Scan and the 3XS team in particular has been second to none. I will continue to use Scan for this reason. You learn a companies true colours by their level of aftercare. Scan takes the utmost pride in their Company, their customer base and their reputation. If you are looking for a computer system or individual components use Scan, you will not regret it. I would never use anyone else. Truly I cannot fault them anywhere. Even the small details like the packaging of a system is done with care and consideration for the customer. The system tracking information is brilliant and easy to understand. The pictures of the system as it is being built is appreciated. The build quality of the systems I have was excellent, even in places that are out of sight the cable management is superb. I can tell that the 3XS team take great pride in their work and they strive to be the best at all times. Which they are! When spending thousands of pounds on PC equipment and systems you need the best company to handle that for you. Scan is that company. 10/10

I recently bought a 3XS custom pc with scan, and had a great experience. the pc was built very well and the staff were very helpful. Chris answered my several questions and helped me with a number of revisions I requested over a month or so, going above and beyond. Would completely recommend going with Scan.

Recently brought a pc from Scan, had issues with just one item, contacted online customer support and was send a lovely reply by someone called Victoria, honestly she was the best didn’t went straight to the problem and fixed it right away. I couldn’t have thanked her enough one of the best customer service experience I have had, just by the way she replied and fixed my issue I’ll be returning to Scan next time I need upgrades to my Pc. Again can’t thank her enough and she is the best Victoria your a legend.
