Both types of system are powered by the latest NVIDIA graphics cards, ensuring brilliant performance and rapid rendering. Where they differ is the target market and thus how they are optimised. Graphics workstations are powered by professional grade graphics cards and should be the first choice for product designers, engineers, architects and scientists. RTX Studio PCs in contrast are powered by consumer grade GeForce RTX graphics cards and provide artists and content creators compelling performance at an affordable price.

Graphics workstations are available in a variety of form factors and configurations, starting with the small form factor Micro that supports a single GPU, mid tower workstations that support up to two GPUs and full tower workstations that support up to six GPUs. RTX Studio PCs are mid tower systems with a single GPU.
