What identification do I need to collect my order?

Firstly please make sure you wait until you have received the Stage 3 - Order Complete email or SMS before coming to collect your order.

Once you have receive this you will need to come to Scan with the following:

1. Your invoice number, this starts with an E and will be on your notification to collect your order
2. Proof of Identification - Valid forms of ID include Driving License or recent Utility Bill which show your name and address
3. Credit/Debit card used to pay for your order
