Who do I contact if an item is damaged upon delivery

Please check all items upon receipt of delivery, we require notification of any damage or lost items within 48 hours in order to investigate this, you can contact us either by phone on 01204 474747 option 1 then 1, or on the link below. We will require pictures of any damage to items and its packaging, we will then look to collecting and resolve as quickly as possible.
